Two Italian Boys – Business Cards

Two Italian Boys are a trendy wine label located in Sydney.  Founded by the Italian boys Michael Pillion and Nick Guglielmino, the company distinguish themselves “like a good vino that gets better with age, respecting our past and building on these foundations to inspire our future”.  The Two Italian Boys (pick us up tonight) branding reflects their cheeky, fun and in-your-face personality, describing who they are, the way they want to be perceived and where they came from.  The brand was born from a desire to create something which focuses on the art of great wine-making, speaking to a younger market and getting them into the culture of enjoying wine whilst gaining brand loyalty along the way.  The guys hit us up, wanting us to create business cards that accompany and compliment their colourful identity.  Our job was to try and bottle up the guy’s passion for a good drop, innovative techniques and underlying respect for their Italian heritage.  Challenge accepted.  But seriously, we were very excited by this project.  We designed the cards wanting to keep the logo looking very sharp and clean, the look and feel of the typeface and elements being styled to illustrate their unique but professional nature.  The overall product is a slick, modern and tangible slice of their personality, illustrating a sweet trendsetting wine label as a marvelous example of the magical ways (witchcraft perhaps?) business cards can create a positive impact for your company.  Fancy a nice little business card to call your own?  Give us a buzz, we would love to hear about it.
