People were soooo used to our chilled out ways that when we introduced our new Terms & Conditions, it caused a bit of a stir. This got us thinking about a pre-terms paragraph which we’ve finally written. And don’t worry folks, we’re not turning into some greedy faceless corporation but we are getting busier and that does mean taking a few things more seriously.
Thanks for taking the time to read through our terms and conditions. Chances are, there won’t be any need for either of us to refer back to the ‘fine print’ developed by blood thirsty lawyers who charge by the minute and sit back in leather recliners sipping mojitos* somewhere far, far away. But… it’s still a great idea that you do read through them.
We’ve been active members of the design and print community for many years now and there are a few things that come up from time to time and clarification on some of these matters is very important to a healthy working relationship. We take maintaining our clients’ confidence very seriously. If there’s anything you’re unsure about in our terms, please do not hesitate to ask.
* a mojito (pronounced mouhitou) is a traditional Cuban highball made with five ingredients: white rum, sugar, lime, sparkling water and mint.
