To achieve this, the MasterSell branding needs to stand out and be easily identifiable in a crowded market. It needs to have a clear point of difference from other real estate brands and portray MasterSell’s caring and helping attitude.
IYBI completed the MasterSell branding, creating a professional and friendly brand to help it to stand out and be easily identifiable in the real estate market.
The brand needs to be bold, confident and professional because there is a strong element of trust involved when choosing a real estate agent. You need to trust that they have your best interests at heart and are going to act in a way that benefits you more than themselves.
We presented MasterSell with a brand which stands out and which is corporate yet friendly. A brand that competes confidently within the market but is also set distinctly apart from it.
The combined motifs of hand and house in the logo really get across the personalised service which MasterSell pride themselves on, and immediately tells the viewer what kind of business they are dealing with. Orange represents enthusiasm, determination and success so it felt like the right choice for a brand which really embodies all of these qualities.
It is important that when viewing the brand, consumers are filled with a sense of trust, positivity and confidence. MasterSell now has a visual identity as strong as their concept which shows them as a real competitor and a company not to be underestimated.
